WINTERIZATION SERVICES
A thorough and complete draining of all plumbing and heating systems is done. Compressed air is forced through the system to ensure that all water is removed. Then, non-toxic anti-freeze is added to all of the traps and fixtures, the toilets are taped to prevent use, and a winterization notice is clearly posted.

DEWINTERIZATION SERVICES:
Water service is turned on, sinks and toilets are cleaned, antifreeze is flushed out, and an inspection is performed to ensure that the system is working properly.
