INSPECTIONS

INITIAL PROPERTY INSPECTION

Calamity Dave's will provide occupancy status and property condition inspections and reports. An exterior visual inspection is performed and a complete description of the property is provided. Photos of the front of the property are provided for verification.

WEEKLY & MONTHLY INSPECTIONS
Calamity Dave's will perform weekly, biweekly or monthly inspections of the property and report any changes in the status of the property such as: vandalism, break-in, occupancy, fire or storm damage.
